Agreed GB7. 3 players got picked but on the whole they did well.

The organization guessed right in not protecting Horne, Whelan or Cox. Now it’s an enormous advantage to not have those guys on the 40 man roster. They won’t be forced to dfa one of them if they need room on the 40 man.

That’ll be particularly helpful to horne and cox as they recover from injury.

I can’t see Nova sticking in the bigs with the padres.

Kroenke could stick with Marlins as a Loogy. Jones – who knows. I can’t see him beating out the twins pitching but perhaps as a long man?

One of the funnier ANSKY commercials was the one after the little dog bit David Cone’s finger, but I’ve never been able to find it on YouTube. The guys follow Cone around, protecting his pitching arm & hand whenever he tries to use it for anything. At one point there’s a flushing sound, Cone walks out of a men’s room stall and the ‘N’ guy humbly walks out after him. LMAO big time.
