I hope that Joba and Ortiz are saving some of their money and not consuming every last cent! It was brutal listening to their answers. Thank goodness for physical skills.

I live in eagles territory and the problem with the eagles is that they are so unpredictable.. On any given day, they might play like the best team in football with great defense, mcnabb-westbrook-jackson will be great and roll over a team.. On another day, they might be simply awful and can't do anything right.. one thing is that if the giants D can rattle mcnabb, eagles have no chance.. eagles to win need mcnabb to be good not just decent.. once he gets rattled, he makes bad throws and his passes are short of the receivers.. The other point is for giants to take a early lead of more than a TD.. Eagles are not a great comeback team and if u take the running game out, mcnabb can be rattled..

I can't beleive how many analysts are picking the Eagles this weekend. The Giants are at home and are the number 1 seed right? All of a sudden, everyone is crowing the Eagles the '2007 Giants' Give me a break. Not saying the Eagles can't win, but alot of these experts are not giving the Giants any chance.

Brandon.... I highly doubt that would go through.... The Reds traded outfielders to stop a logjam that had formed last year and are young at that position and Nady will be a 1 year rental for them... Kennedy could be good in Cincinatti... Sanchez is still very unproven as he struggled badly in the Arizona Fall League and while I think he will be a key component of the bulpen, he still has been struggling with his command... Laird has potential but he was only at Charleston this year.... Just don't think we can get a young ace-type pitcher for those parts... we would have to deal a top prospect or two (Betances, Brackman, Jackson, Romine etc.) along with a kennedy type

Yes, this site on the blackberry got a lot worse a few weeks/months ago, whenever it was. Grrrr. But the "b" to the bottom and "t" to the top is a must. Without it, ouch.

I was a Gator fan - tonight ;)

Question....

When Ricky Henderson gets in the HOF, does the A's going to retire #24, and tell Kurt Suzuki to get a new number?
