Just lovin it."

Three multi millionaires teaching us all we need to know. Perhaps they could pay my heating bill that is equivalent to one of their maid's room heating cost. Barak will get them for us. Yay Obama.

I somehow hope that now that A-Rod's stats mean less that he will be less consumed by them and become a greater team player. His statistical legacy is tarnished, but if he carries the yanks to the WS through October his career will have new meaning.

"Here are the names of those who have NOT been linked to PEDs"

...yet.

Fixed that for you.

AFAIC the whole league has done steroids at one point or another. Guilty until proved innocent. I stopped caring about this witch hunt quite a while ago.

Back to a topic we discussed a few days ago prior to this disappointing and sad fiasco....

I went out for brunch this morning and had the opportunity to re-think my rankings of my favorite breakfast foods. My rankings now are:

1) Belgian Waffles w/ Strawberries
2) Omelet (w/ Bacon, Sausage, Cheese, Black Olives)
3) Biscuits and Gravy
4) French Toast
5) Pancakes

I am sick and tired of the coverage of the MLB steroid issue. Our economy is collapsing, jobs are being lost and there is so much turmoil in the world. Baseball is a beautiful game that allows us to forget about the world's problems for awhile. Yet, the media chooses to obsess on the negative and salivates at the opportunity to tear down an individual. I guess it sells? I for one am tired of it!

104 out of what? 650??? sounds like he was on a pretty level playing field to me. 1 in 6???

For anyone who thinks that not only did he use in 03, but continued to 04, i would argue 04 was his worst season in baseball.

Maybe he realized the supplements he was taking made him test positive, and stopped taking them after????

i'd bet almost anything on the fact it isnt as simple as "I cheated!"

Are you people serious? You realize when asked about it, he didn’t deny it, or say “I don’t know what you’re talking about”; he said “Talk to the union, I’m not saying anything.” Does that sound like an innocent man to you?

--------

Would you even have believed him if he did say he didnt?

No you would say he was lying. So no matter what, he needs to come up with an answer that cannot be taken 100 ways, disected and have him accused of lying.

So him saying talk to the union is smart. Public opinion says he is guilty anyway, so he might as well take his time to see his options.
