A-Rod has apologized to Texas because he did something illegal while he was there. He has not done anything illegal in NY - in fact SI managed to illegally get his name out of a list that was supposed to be sealed and destroyed. I don't think that Alex wanted to be Tabloid Meat in those instances...but the decisions he has made and his lack of discretion have left him vulnerable to that media exploitation.
