"Veras is just not that good. I hope to hell he is traded asap. Albie is much better and who give a crap about out of options garbage.
Veras throws less strikes then Albie.
Veras whip last year after the All Star break was a very poor 1.75. Three good months does not give him a role imo"

completely agree. Albie impress me more.

Veras should have been moved this winter, while his value was/is high. He is ok. However, we have ++++ arms in the minors

The reason why Kennedy failed is because he couldn't throw strikes. Teams waited for him to fail and he did. This is the same with Veras teams will wait for him to put runners on base and he will. Veras throw less then 60% strikes and that is unacceptable imo. I don't want any pitcher on my team that can't throw at least 60% strikes!

Britton is about to be released by San Diego, who needs a lot of relief help. He has fallen fast and hard.

'Albie is a much better choice and should and if he does not will be up with Veras gone soon enough. Veras will be gone as he can not be counted on imo. He is just not that good. He does not throw enough strikes!'

Oh Lord LOL

The Bullpen will be

Giese or Tomko (Sadly) I hate both of them, Giese reminds me of Kennedy just older and Tomko is hungry for a job, he'll be gone by the middle of May probably.

I envision the bullpen being

Tomko - Long Relief

Ramirez - R

Coke - L

Veras - R

Marte - L

Bruney - R

Rivera - R

In the minors waiting will be

Albaladejo to replace Tomko in long relief, don't know why the Yankees don't use Albaladejo in that role. With his pitching style he seems suited for that long relief role.

Robertson - to replace any clown activities of Ramirez/Veras

Melancon - if all goes well with him he may get a call up depending on his progress in the minors. He had one bad outing and it was like the Yankees couldn't wait to assign him to the minor league camp. They were going to do that anyway. But he should be back up and I will keep track on his progress all season in Scranton.

The good thing is there are good options now available to the Yankees unlike past seasons if guys aren't pulling their weight in the Bronx.

'My dislike for Veras has nothing to do with today’s game. Veras is a below average AL reliever.'

LOL last season he was one of the best AL relievers in tight spots but ok, don't like a project the Yankees basically picked off the scrap heap plus he's extremely cheap
