i think the urinal divider thing is funny.

space is probably minimal on the upper levels. tons of public restrooms don't have them. they probably just put them on the main level because they could.

the restrooms on the top level only had one door too. no seperate enter and exits (that a lot of people ignore anyway...)

The bathroom thing makes me sick. I assumed all the bathrooms were no-divider because on my level (200) they weren't. The urinals are on top of each other so the divider is NOT a luxury by any means. It's called being sanitary.

You know for sure George is not part of any decision making anymore because this crap would never, ever be tolerated on his watch. It was only 4 years ago when if a game was delayed and then rained out you would get tickets for both the make-up AND another home game within 12 months. What an enormous amount of goodwill this generated. Will never happen under the current regime. They don't have the smallest clue about goodwill and positive PR.

Class warfare??!!

Yeah, the Yankees are waging it.

It's time for AG Cuomo to get involved: taxpayer dollars went to create that segregated disgraceful "paradise" on public land. We need firings, public humiliation, and orange jumpsuits.

Class warfare indeed....anti-baseball and anti-New York. A true obscenity against a once-proud history.

my biggest complaint on the class division, is how the wall and fence seperating the legends seating and the rest of the 100 level looks on tv.

as for not getting close during BP. i think enough outrage may get that changed. at least for the outfield seats. doesn't BP end an hour before the game? would it be that hard for an usher to check tickets for the section in that final hour? there are ushers everywhere...

i was able to roam the bleachers during BP. not sure if the usher was sleeping or if we're actually allowed there though...

"As i told a friend last night, I hear they’re going to fix the jet stream so that the wind ensures that foul balls will only go to those seated in the lowest level."

the upper levels are pushed far enough back as it is. i was taking notice and some balls were lucky to reach the 200 level seats. i think 1 reached the 300 level seats the whole sunday game.

I noticed that about the urinals! they wanted to maintain the homophobic environment of drunken goons trying to hold their wieners together. by the way I bought an amazing seat last night for way below normal price on stub hub. main dugout between home and first for 32 bucks. I guess normally it is a hundred.

also, i'm not buying the 'don't want to be seen on tv' theory. maybe it's a contributing factor, but not close to the real problem. just my opinion though.

"The Yankee Front Office must value their vip seats as though there Laker courtside seats…."

what does this mean?

a highly marketable team views their best seats like another highly marketable team's best seats. i don't get it?

Speak for yourself Formerbox607. A lot of people do care about dividers. It would be different if none of the bathrooms had them, but why should only the lower deck have them? In the grand scheme of things, how much more would it have cost them to put them in every bathroom? Even if it was $500,000 (which is a high estimate for some small pieces of plastic/wood), that is practically nothing on a 1,500,000,000 billion dollar stadium.

I'd like to hear their explanation on why they decided only lower level fans should be entitled to dividers. I hope a newspaper picks up this story so the Yankees have to answer to it publicly.
