I hope I’m not the first to say this: The Yanks need to fire Girardi & Eiland. They’re handling of the pitching staff, especially the bullpen has been awful. Until the team gets a manager who can figure out how to use a pitcher properly, this team will continue to struggle.

Cito has the Blue Jays playing well, they’re way overachieving offensively….Pitching depth is not there….Bullpen stopper is an issue in the long run…..It’s the Yanks, Boston then Tampa ( who will be hard pressed to win 88 games )

I’ve been watching Joe Saunders since he yo-yo’d up and down with the Angels for the past 4 years…..He is a most effective starter and has been tough on the Yanks…..He is not Sandy Koufax….When the pitching matchups were announced I thought that today would be a cakewalk, as they were a plus $ 280.00 pick ( I lost ) and would be up 3-0 going into Sunday’s game….Expect Phil to pitch well tomorrow
