Wasn't 2005 the last draft for the Tampa Mafia? Austin Jackson and Brett Gardner is all they'll have to show for it. Of course last year's draft isn't looking all that good, but it's still early. Drafting Bittle was an incredibly bad move with him being a one pitch guy (slider) and arm problems. He returned to school and had to be shut down before the year was done. The first round picks have been a lot better since 2005, even though Cole's pick was a disaster he was a good value talent-wise.
