Since when do you have to be a super star to speak to the press??? K-rod has acted like an idiot since he came up!!!
He speaks to the press in retaliation and that's fine!!! He put the guys on base before the pop-up was dropped!!!( if that happened early in the game, nobody even remembers ) Should have waited a little longer before he pointed to the sky!!! What's with all the pointing for asnyway??? Do they think God cares whether they got a save, a single, double, triple, or a home run!!! I have my doubts!!!

Forgot this comment: It seems like management might have spoken to Joba about his fist pumps and the lion's roar he gave to the opposing team after the double play. I have forgotten which team it was but it was the game that he caught the pop up and threw to 2nd for the double play.

He has been emotionless, IMO, since then. Who knows - he may thrive off that emotion. Gad, baseball is complicated.

Have I missed something? The last few games Joba has pitched, he hasn't done a fist pump that I have seen. The last emotion he showed was in the game where he came off the mound and made a Jeter-like catch full out of a pop up.

There is a light hint of dissatifaction of Joba on this board. Let's let it go. Other than CC, none of the pitchers are up to par. I know this, when Molina catches Joba, he pitches well. CC prefers Cervelli. So what does that say.

We don't like it when other players (and there've been quite a few) talk about Joba. So, I say that Bruney should keep these types of opinions to himself. They do no one good and is only bulletin board material.

Yanks looked flat today...A good performance vs. Santana would get them back on track......AJ needs to step up tomorrow and be the stopper that this rotation needs right now.....You're as good as your next starting pitcher.....

"Any Yankee fan that has a problem with ANY part of K-Rod is a damn hypocrite…hes no different than Joba"

Joba just pumps his fists and yells, which to me he shouldn't be doing in early innings however K-rod acts like a monkey on the mound which looks more idiotic than anything. Even more idiotic than Papelscum

"Um Betsy, we didn’t lose this series yet you know."

Do you honestly think that this team with wild oats Burnett on the mound and a hit or miss offense, that got shut down by a journeyman scrub today, even when said scrub couldn't throw first pitch strikes consistently is going to beat Johan Santana.

You are a brave man.
