...Miggs

Certainly a lot of replies for a "forgotten sport."

Who are Sid the Kid and Ovechkin, Alex. Its forgotten to YOU, because ur team stinks--right?

Hockey is the fastest growing sport"--is what u meant.

Of course my g-father and dad are both in the hockey HOF; so I take some acception to ur stmt.

Personally--I don't ever watch Pro Basket Ball, so Hockey is my winter sport.

Jorge could take some lessons from any goalie on How TO BLOCK A Pitch.

"Wave Your Hat-The outfield wouldn’t get it done, but the rotation would.

When Halladay is pitching a lot of the times you only need to score 1 or 2 runs and then you’re set."

July 4, 2009. Yanks beat Halladay 6-5. The Jays needed to score more runs. Halladay is not a magic bullet.

Al from BK-Fair enough.

People get topo worked up over the game threads and what's said on them, you're running on emotion, and when so much emotion is being used you can't really expect logic on the game threads.

"Al from BK-I suspicously remember a long time ago back when I didn’t post and only read, you claiming that the season was over after losing five in a row to LA, Boston, and Tampa Bay. Was that you?"

Don't think I said the season was over, maybe that we would not win the division but I don't think I called the season if I did it was strictly venting.

"People seemed to be hitting on Cameron earlier, but he’s actually playing quite well this year. We don’t need him, but he’s actually been playing better than either Melky or Gardner."

The last thing this team needs is another late 30's outfielder. Melky and Gardner are a good tandem in CF. In regard to Halladay, us Yankee fans are just being greedy :)
