Why even do this? There’s plenty of football stadiums around that can hold the game *without modifications*. Seems very strange to me.

This would be first true sellout at the new Yankee Stadium. It would be certain those $2000 Legends Seats will be much cheaper for a college football game.

That juxtaposition is waaaaay off. No stadium in history starts its endzones out at center and home plate.
One endzone would be in left and the other along the 1st base line. It would fit.

There is no issue here.

The Hokies don't belong anywhere near Yankee stadium. Any talk of it is ludicrous-there is a big leap from Notre Dame and Army to Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Go Wahoos!

Craig- Check the diagram provided by the yankees. The back of the endzone is at home plate and the endzone extends into the dugouts somehow. As well as the opposite endzone extending into the bullpens.

thats gonna be great. loved how the bottom of the first was long last night and kay and singleton were running out of questions for the army coach

_____

I guess I wasn't the only one who was cracking up listening to this.. I like Michael Kay.. But he might be one of the worst interviewers of all time. Even on his radio show, he never presses any issue. It's like he has a list of generic questions and that's it. At least Singleton tried to bail him out last night when that's not his job.
