Here’s where the football field will be at Yankee Stadium in 2010. As you can see, the corners of the end zone will be in the dugouts. That should make for some exciting plays.

Lonn Trost said “adjustments” would be made to fit the football field within the space.

Here’s my question, didn’t they know they would want to play a football game in there when they designed the stadium? Why not plan accordingly?

They’re going to announce more games this week. Rutgers will be playing Army, etc. Trost refused to answer a question about how much revenue the team would make from renting out the Stadium. But Army and Rutgers are public institutions, so those details will be available to some degree.
