P.S. I was running late this morning and got to see the fracas in the fifth. Good stuff. Hope it lights a fire for the next month, like the last major one in Atlanta did. And about Johnny Damon’s non-error – frankly, I’m surprised it doesn’t happen more often to some players especially during slow-paced games. Heck, I don’t always know how many outs there are (I know, I’m not paid to remember. )

If you’re around. Thanks for asking about the trip to LI yesterday. Traffic wasn’t bad at all. But my daughters campus was hosting a Central American Heritage Day Festival (mostly El Salvador). It was actually pretty cool, but a minor inconvenience for those of us who had to be there moving into the dorms. Lots of blue and white, great smells, music and happy people.
