We here at the LHYB support the arts. Or at least we try to.
So when loyal reader Craig Mahoney asked for some help regarding an exhibition of his paintings, it seemed like the least we could do.
Craig’s exhibit will be Oct. 1 from 6-9 p.m. in Red Bank, N.J. The details are here on Facebook.
You can see Craig’s work on his blog. He has Mickey Mantle down pretty well.

You got pizza thrown at your head 5 times at Fenway Field.
You must have been in the family friendly Red Sox seats.
Those are the best behaved of Red Sox fans.
Security? Are you serious? Where was security when that fan started trouble with Jeff Nelson in the bullpen?
Or wasn’t that security himself?
Security is there to protect the Red Sox.
Skip Bayless called himself the most objective guy on first and 10.
A guy who believes his own lies. He’s pathological.
It’ll be interesting to see if this ESPN experiment works. They tried the same thing in sports talk radio and have failed in the major markets.
I guess the success in Chicago bodes well for them. But I’m not so sure Boston, Philly and NY will jump on the bandwagon.

Hey, thanks, Pete! I don’t know if I’d call anything I do “culture”, though. The stuff will be hanging all October, but if any NJ area LoHudder’s are in the mood for a good party on the 1st, I’d love to see you.
Craig’s a great guy. If I lived nearby, I’d go.

I understand, I would love to go to an ALCS game between the 2.
But if I ever was going to go to a game between them, it would be regular season.
I would NEVER go to an ALCS game at Fenway Field. Maybe at YS.
I did go to the ALCS last year Game 7 for good luck that the Sox would lose, wore Rays stuff and all the Red Sox fans that were mouthing off really got it handed to them by me along with the “rays fans” around me.
