If the Yankees are up 3-0 then Gaudin throwing game 4 is not a huge issue. If they are down in the series then you have to bring CC back to be a stopper. Then I'd bring Ramiro Pena on for Cervelli. Yes you hear me Ramiro Pena. He'd be able to pinch run (takes the roll of guzman) but also can actaully somewhat hit and can defend. Pinch hitters are big in NL ball parks. I find adding Bruney useless because I can't find a spot I'd ever see him pitch.
