Explain to me in great detail how Cano is lazy, despite working every day with Kevin Long on trying to get a better approach offensively, and every day with Mick Kelleher on fielding his position.

Um yea, plenty of fans lie about everything all the time regardless of who they are talking about. Just look at any argument re: Gardner vs Melky. Plenty of lies. People lie about how Cano is lazy or bad at defense. There are plenty of motives for and reasons why someone would incorrectly judge Matt Hollidays defensive abilities as a fan.

Maybe they don’t like that he isn’t signing an extension with their team? Maybe they saw 1 bad play and based their opinion on that? (See: Swisher, Nick) Maybe they are just morons like most fans are ?

Better ERA, more Ks, better K/9, better WHIP, 16 wins on an awful team, more complete games, more shutouts….
