Hated the Winn signing then and I hate it now. Especially considering that for only 3$ million more we could have bought Matsui back, or for 4.5$ million bought Damon back.

Cash had a thing for Winn for years, I think that played into bringing him here and sort of blinded him to Winn’s deficiencies.

So with Gardner, only the slumping Gardner is his true self but not when he’s hitting well?

Everybody gets a free pass when they struggle (i.e. he’s only in a slump, he’s better than that) but when it comes to Gardner struggling then it’s “a sample of what people feared he may be.”

I just can’t believe someone has gone to such great lengths to pretend to be regular posters on here. Not only are they posting under their handles, but they obviously know their style of typing/conversation well enough that they can do really good impersonations.

This kinda makes me think its an inside job!! Which of the regulars that has disappeared/posted more sporadically over the last month or two could it be? Can we create a Clue game around finding the impostor?

here’s a possibility for the more tech-savvy out there who are being impersonated:

include a url in the ‘Website’ section.

the site should be something you set up to track incoming i.p. addresses. the only hits are going to come from people on this site.

eventually, you’ll be able to track down the impostor.

Dear posters!

We need registration. They will only do it if there is a real problem. Ok, so I will create a real problem then. And there is nothing you can do about it. So I suggest you all DEMAND registration or else I won’t stop, and rest assured I’m not the only one doing this, it just so happens that I’m tech savy and ip blocking won’t stop me as I can get aroun that with an ip proxy.
