I’m now satisfied (pretty much ) that Colin can do a decent job. Looks pretty darn good with most all of his swings. And can play the outfield well. ( players and coaches say same ) We do not need Thames, or Park any longer. Willing to go longer with Joba, even though he’s been a rock head much of last year and this. Seems to have more genes from mom than dad. Pena is a great glove and pinch runner, needs to hit more to stay, but do like him. Maybe he’ll get better as a hitter, we’ll see. But we definitely need a better bench and relief pitching down the stretch, maybe a real DH too.

That was ugly and unneccessary. Park has had major issues being extended all year. Girardi knows that. And he left him out there just to burn his arm before the Tampa series.

oh no! park can’t pitch in the Tampa series. call it a blessing in disguise. what was girardi supposed to do? bring in a new pitcher for 1 last out in a blowout. the guy was at 25 pitches or so with 2 out before imploding. he’s just useless.

please park at like 23 pitches with 2 out, then he imploded. is on him for not throwing strikes

sj44 is right park should not have been in there. girardi had a ruff night also not running gardner earlier not bunting cervelli but i think cervelli needs bunting sessions anyway glad the kid(moseley) came back the way he did he will get another for sure.

No short reliever should have to throw 51 pitches in a blowout game.

Not a smart move.

maybe he it wouldnt have been 51 pitches if not for those 3 2-out walks?

52 pitches, around 30 too many.

Good series win, but I hate the fact Joe just abused Park there, not the right thing to do.

I still say if they used him for one inning and only one inning, he can help this team, but maybe Joe just wants him off the team, his use of him makes no sense at all.

Time for the Yankees to teach Tampa who is the team in the division, it should be fun.

I think Alex will have a very big weekend.
