Beginning today and lasting through the end of this weekend’s Subway Series, fans can go to Grand Central Terminal for the Delta Dugout, a festival of sorts with batting cages, trivia contests and prize giveaways for Yankees and Mets fans.
Johan Santana and Mark Teixeira will be there today, with Santana throwing out the “first pitch” of the event. Tomorrow morning, Curtis Granderson and David Wright will lead fans in a game of Yankees-Mets Password the players giving clues to fans for the chance to win tickets. Yankees manager Joe Girardi will also be there tomorrow to meet fans and talk about the series. This is the third year for the event.
