ESPN: Cano vaguely linked to Biogenesis

Hard to know what — if anything — to make of this, but ESPN is reporting that the spokeswoman for Robinson Cano’s foundation is listed as a former client of Biogenesis. Her name is Sonia Cruz, and she told ESPN that she never got anything from the clinic. She also said that Cano “definitely never did.” It’s a pretty odd link.

I scored Yankee tickets. Took advantage of the
MasterCard Monday-Save 25% vs upcoming Jays or Astros series.

Thanks to all the fans here that offered tips and suggestions for an out of towner like myself.
Was very informative and so helpful

There have been rumbling of Cano for a while sadly. The guy who broke the story of Melky last year, reported that Granderson and Cano would get suspended at some point this season. Better be a PED clause in his contract.

If MLB hasn’t come out with anything now, I don’t see much happening here. They want A-Rod so badly and haven’t charged him with anything. Without any proof, and with the volume of people “on the books”, I’d be surprised if any lawyer would go forward with this mess. There would have to be a whistle-blower and physical evidence of some sort.
