Alex Rodriguez has a mild hamstring issue, which is the reason he was pulled in the eighth. Joe Girardi hopes Rodriguez will be able to DH tomorrow.

Ivan Nova has a lingering arm issue basically around his triceps near the elbow. It’s bothered him off and on, and it started bothering him tonight, which is why he came out with a low pitch count. He thinks he can make his next start.

Austin Romine likely has a concussion, Girardi said. Romine tried to stay in after a foul tip to the head, but he became nauseous after the at-bat.
