Major League Baseball has announced the tentative schedule for next season. A few noteworthy things about the Yankees schedule…

• The Yankees open on April 1 in Houston, and they’ll finish the regular season on September 28 in Boston.

• The entire month of September has the Yankees playing division games except for a three-game series at home against the Royals.

• The All-Star Game is July 15 in Minneapolis. Immediately before the break, the Yankees will have an 11-game road trip through Minnesota, Cleveland and Baltimore. Immediately after the break, the Yankees have a 10-game home stand.

• Subway Series runs May 12-15. Two games at Citi Field, then two games at Yankee Stadium.

• For other interleague series, the Yankees travel to Milwaukee, Chicago and St. Louis. They host the Pirates, Reds and Cubs.

• The Wrigley Field series is part of a six-game set in Chicago. Two against the Cubs, then a four-game series against the White Sox.

The schedule is posted without game times at
