The Yankees clubhouse is open, but no lineup is posted and no starting pitcher has been announced. The fifth-starter candidates say they haven’t heard anything yet regarding the final rotation spot. Everyone seems to be a little bit in the dark right now.

This afternoon, Jacoby Ellsbury went 1-for-4 with a sharp single, two walks and a strikeout looking during a minor league game. He said his calf felt fine, and he expects to play again tomorrow. Said he has no doubt he’ll be ready for Opening Day.
